Could someone tell me how to create an image file? I guess it would be FAT12 or ext2fs. Like Red Hat's boot.img. All I can find on the net is stuff for creating jpegs or gifs. I don't necessarily want to boot the image either. There must be some simple utility in Linux that does this, only I don't know which one.
