Does anyone know of a SOHO router/firewall that'll separate two internal networks? If an off-the-shelf Linksys could just do dot1q vlans it would be perfect.
I specifically don't want to build or hack something, as this isn't for me. Wireless optional. Being able to let some stuff through from one network to another (printers) would be a bonus. Cheap is desirable.

All the Buffalo wireless-N routers (AFAIK) are available with *supported* DD-WRT, which can certainly do that. Using .1Q is tricky but definitely do-able. I paid <$200 for my WZR-HP-G300NH, I think it was closer to $100, not sure now. Otherwise I think you'll have to look at something slightly esoteric like Mikrotik, and that may as well be "build/hack". -Adam

and .. when i check to actually go to order .. it looks like they now only produce in QTY of 100 :-(
