In the latest rev of their web site, Fido broke the login functionality for me in Firefox on linux. Works on FF on Windows and Chrome on Windows.
Is anyone else having a problem? fido.ca -> login ... no popup ever appears for me to type in the user/pass.
Strangely, FF on linux says that some content is not https, but FF on Windows says *all* the content is https. I wonder if I change my UA string if that would go away... but even when I "allow all content" it still won't let me login.
I think FF used to have a web page you could go and submit broken popular websites to so they could examine / fix? Do they still do this? Can't find it anywhere. I suppose there's the mozilla bugzilla...
Works for me with FF ESR 38.5.0 on RHEL5. Maybe you need to clear your cookies for that site and try again?

I think it might be a FF version thing, not a Fido site revamp thing (though they did revamp their login process). The latest FF, the only one I have access to on my linux box, is 43.0.3. At least I know it's fine in 38.5. I'm shocked 38.5 is supported still, I wouldn't want to be the one backporting the gazillion security patches to it!
I'm a long-term user of Fido and their site, and I can confirm to you that they have badly screwed up their recent site revamp. Although I do get past the login (with Firefox 43 on Win Vista), there are endless problems once I'm inside. I have complained a few times. Things are also changing there every few days, so they are working on it, but there is clearly a major incompetence in the current programmers - not just the programming itself, but even common sense - you currently can't edit your e-mail address nor some parts of your physical address.
Similar but not identical problems have also been introduced in the recent Rogers site revamp - probably the same programmers.
Another example of retarded programming - at least recently (I don't check every day) - the date sort order in the "recent invoices" pulldown/selector is/was by character form of month, i.e., Aug, Dec, Jul, Nov, Oct, Sep for the last several months.
