Last night on CBC, ZeD aired "Revolution OS". In conjunction with that, they announced:

"As of January 6th, 2005, the code base that powers zed.cbc.ca is available under the Apache License 2.0."

Now all they need to do is fix their web site so it displays properly with something other than IE.
