Does anyone know who I would contact at Manitoba e-Health about the fact their outbound email is somewhat broken? Specifically, the auto-added disclaimer block creates very weird MIME that most of my mail programs don’t decode properly.
Thanks,
-Adam Thompson

Good luck with that! :-)
Do you know how many people know what MIME is these days?
There are a lot of smart people at e-Health, you might be surprised.
That said, I don't know what the problem is, or if the software and parameters are such that Adam is the only person that would ever notice. Tickets have WONTFIX as a resolution for a reason :)
