I found a program called chntpw which claims in /usr/doc/RIP/regedit.txt that it is a: "full basic registry edit with add/del keys and values and resizing values" for NT. I got this CD from Issue 36 of LinuxUser, an English Linux magazine in which RIP was included ( Recover_Is_Possible ). The web site given is: http://www.tux.org/pub/people/kent-robotti/looplinux/rip/ I can't say if it works because I have not tried it.
