Hello, I'm trying to find an open source solution for generating web forms with features like this: -multiple user login (form creating users) -control panel for each user that makes forms -forms are embed-able in another web page. -form submissions can be viewed in the cpanel and/or be emailed to an email addy Kind of like Sharepoint but more simple and runs on OSS.
