Hello, So far Request Tracker is working out well. Thanks for the suggestion/help. I would like to simplify the "Create a new ticket" page, so I've tried editing this file: share/html/Ticket/Create.html unfortunatly it seems to make no difference, and the page never changes when I view it in a web browser.
