I'm thinking of getting a wireless mini-keyboard with integrated trackpad, with a USB receiver, to use as a remote control for an XBMC set-top box. I've tried using a Logitech K400r, which works great, but I thought something more compact might be more convenient (since I won't be doing a lot of touch-typing on it).
There seems to be a wide range of prices for these things, from around $15 at the low end to over $100. I'm always interested in saving money, but I want something that will work well, of course.
Has anyone tried these? Any recommendations for brands and models that are worth considering? Any that should be avoided?
Thanks!

As we already discussed, there is the Mele F10 I use for my living room mythtv, it's a stripped down kb and gyro-mouse: http://www.amazon.ca/Mele-wireless-Keyboard-Control-Universal/dp/B0092KDSQW Which I can get you for $42
Also, I personally use (on the bedroom mythtv) a different unit with mini-kb and touchpad: http://www.amazon.com/Adesso-Wireless-SlimTouch-Touchpad-WKB-4000UB/dp/B002L... Which I can you get for $85
I am quite happy with both. To be honest, I like the Mele more as it's more convenient to use a remote-like device than a keyboard while lounging around. But the Mele is missing some keys that us Linux-ers want, like CONTROL and pg-up/down (handy for mythtv). That said, it still has enough keys to handle almost every task in myth.
