Yeah, that's a little bit high - are you including taxes and fees?
Unfortunately, like cell plans, internet keeps getting more expensive.
Your options are now MTS, Shaw, or Teksavvy. 

There are a few other resellers that I'm reluctant to mention here because I don't know how they can legally do what they do.  I'll let others who know more comment on then.

For residential however, you're still not going to have very many options, and I'd be shocked if you can get ANY service for under $50/month now.
