[RndTbl] Warning: OVH VPS 2016 line missing feature

Yeah, but can I do the OpenBSD installer trick with a DigitalOcean 
droplet like I can with an OVH VPS?  (Looks like it's a definite maybe.  
Hmm.  Pricing slightly higher, install looks to be a royal PITA, but if 
it works...)
