[RndTbl] OpenCSW Solaris packages

I'm downloading OpenCSW from a mirror to a local Linux box with Internet
access. None of the Solaris boxes have Internet access, so I can't
bootstrap it that way. And of course I can't use rsync, so wget. Sigh. I
hope it works, after all this.
