[RndTbl] Looking for a used computer to upgrade a Pentium 4 3.0 GHz

Before Trevor castigates me for recommending Dell desktops again... the
small-form-factor desktops do NOT use a standard ATX power supply.
Even the regular-sized desktops ship with a not-quite-ATX power supply,
but most of the full-sized Optiplexes will accomodate a regular ATX PSU
with a little bit of fiddling.

The Dell PSUs are of at least average quality overall, so it's not
necessarily something you'll ever have to replace, but do keep it in
mind. DFS does offer an optional 1-year warranty, and Optiplex PSUs are
readily available on eBay, but particularly the small-form-factor PSUs
can be expensive to replace... to the point where after the warranty
expires, it will sometimes be cheaper just to buy a new computer.

YMMV.
