INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY - Helpdesk Support
An entry level IT support position. Primary role to monitor and respond to
Helpdesk requests in a wide-area-networked, multiple office environment,
supporting 130 end users.

Responsibilities
> Perform Helpdesk support duties
> Assist computer users in solving software and hardware problems
> Computer hardware and software installs, moves, additions and changes
(IMAC)
> Deploy, set up and take down audio visual and conferencing equipment

Qualifications
> Minimum two years general support, installation and maintenance experience.
> Certifications or experience matching Comp TIA A+ Certification,
HelpDesk Institute CSS Certification, HelpDesk Institute HDA
Certification, Microsoft Office Specialist, Microsoft Certified Desktop
Support Technician.
> Should have experience installing and configuring Windows XP and
Microsoft Office 2003 and general Windows business application software.
>Installing and configuring desktop and notebook computers, monitors,
peripherals and printers in a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 networked
environment.
