You want workstation...  I used to use it under Windows 98.  If you're 
feeling adventurous, Quicken 2002 works under Crossover Office, which is a 
lot cheaper and more efficient than VMWare.  There were some problems with 
the online updates, but other than that it worked well when I used to use 
it.
