[RndTbl] Prohibiting selected users from booting into Windows

I think there are a few options here.

If it was me and I was using lilo I would just remove Windows as one of
the options from the bootloader and then put it back once they are gone.

With grub I think you have some much nicer options. If I am not mistaken
you can set passwords for individual boot options and even hide things.
