[*] Free old Norstar PBX

(I know this isn't directly Asterisk-related but this is the closest thing
to a telephony list in Winnipeg).

I had been offered an old Nortel Norstar not-VoIP-in-the-slightest PBX with
~30 extensions that had been taken down from an office upgrade. I wanted to
learn the system but I won't have time anytime soon, so it's sitting in the
to-dump pile at Skullspace. It's free to anyone who wants it else it's
getting recycled.
