[*] CRTC and net neutrality - transparency?

 From what I read of the ruling, if ISPs are traffic shaping their 
networks currently, they have... 30 days to inform their users if its 
retail, and 60 days if its wholesale (if I recall correctly). 

I would expect to see a lot of terms&conditions revisions and/or tariff 
revisions by the end of the year.
