Hi Travis,

Something does not compute. Ulaw(G711) needs about 88Kbps. Do you mean 
40kBps(i.e. bytes not bits)?  320Kbps up. I realize that you did not actual say 
whether it was bits or bytes but I assume you were quoting 3m bits per sec down.
