[*] fractional PRI - no d-channels available?

Hi Guys:

I've got a 16 channel (fractional) PRI at work here, and I'm just in the 
process of getting it going with asterisk. I'm having a problem with it 
not being able to find a d-channel though.

Error message (once per second on the console) is
chan_zap.c2401 pri_find_dchan: No D-Channels available! Using Primary 
channel 24 as D-Channel anyway!

I'm just waiting for a call back from the provider to see which one I 
should be using, however as I've never dealt with a PRI before I'm kind 
of lost. (and I may get more lost if they start talking about PRIs in 
any depth)
