[*] Where to start to read Asterisk PBX source code?

I am a newer to the Asterisk PBX and eagle to learn it source code structure quickly.
 
Could you help me understand from which c file I shall start my reading of Asterisk source code?
Is there any document explain the Asterisk PBX software structure and thread?
