This deal seems odd to me. Bell Canada is still riding high on cellular,
which over time will become more competitive and therefore less profitable
(I think we are very near the peak right now, which is not a great time to
buy a company). If they become private, it will be harder for them to
raise funds for infrastructure such as fiber-to-the-home and IP-TV.
