I'm confused.  From the home page:

*It's free.* As in beer.

But,  http://www.chanskype.com/faq says

CAN I TEST CHANSKYPE FOR FREE ON MY OWN BOX?
 No. In order to use ChanSkype on your Asterisk box, you will need to buy a
license when the driver is released.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
 The price will be disclosed upon release of the driver. Nevertheless, we
can tell you ChanSkype will be priced on a per-port basis.

It also needs skype to be running on the box which is a pain in some cases.
