[*] echo on a x100p

I've installed trixbox 1.2 on a server instead of using VMWare in order to 
see the FXO card. I'm using the x100p we bought some months ago, it works, 
but I'm having a terrible echo on calls via zap.

I have googled the entire internet looking for a solution, changed all the 
parameters and copied all the examples I found but was not able to fix it.

Has anybody been able to use that x100p clone without echo? If so, can you 
share the secret (zapata.conf maybe?)
