Yea.. There's mention that I have to agree to the TOS but there's no option
to accept, so I assume I already did.

log in, and go to http://skype.com/company/legal/terms/tos_voip.html

if there's an accept button, click it.  If not, try dialing

in your Skype window and give me a call.
