[*] ring tone warble

I can't answer it, but can confirm I get the same behaviour at home, although only on my Sipura-841. Budgetone-101,  Zap channels, Linksys PAP2 and Grandstream ATA-386 are unaffected.

I've noticed recently that when placing calls through Asterisk I'm
hearing a strange ringing indication. It has a distinct "warble". In
fact someone commented on it last night at the meeting when Bill was
giving his presentation.

I'm almost positive that the reason is because asterisk is playing the
ringing audio sound over top the ringing audio which is coming from the
telco. The two ring indicators interfere with each other slightly
causing a "warble" in the sound.

Can anyone confirm, deny, or refute this?
