The Shaw digital phone also cuts the audio after the first hello. MTS cell phone 
   had no audio.

The milliwatt test was very good on the Shaw digital phone - very steady with no 
  breaks. On the MTS cell phone the milliwatt test would start normal but after 
15-20 secs rise in pitch and volume.
