[*] Digium or Clone

Hi all;

I'm brand new to Asterisk, just getting ready to build my first system. I've
been pricing out a 'starter' card and looking at the Digium TDM11B with 1
FXS + 1 FXO.

Has anyone had any good luck using Digium Clones, or is authentic Digium
hardware the best way to go?

Any advice for a fellow starting out would be appreciated.
