I do not have any specific details except for what has been mentioned here
but...

I hope Google fights it and wins. RTI looks like another NTP that is suing
RIM. I believe this is a flaw in the patent system. We have companies with
fague patents which they never intend to produce as products and
essentially exist to profit for companys that happen to come close enough
to threaten with a law suit.

Cisco has been one of the easiest companys to sue. They generally will not
take a chance of bad press and have settled in most cases. It has almost
created a industry on its own.

Google on the other hand has managed to avoid these issues so far
including the big copyright issue on digitizing libraries.
