Yes, that's what you want.  I've never tried it, but ISTR reading that
the flakiness had more to do with the tones not being standard across
telcos.  If you do get it going, I'd like to hear how it works.

ISDN is around $100/mo (Les had posted rates a few weeks ago), plus your
equipment.
