Voice service - Yes.  T1 card - No.  I've never looked closely at BRI
and Asterisk, though I remember seeing something on voip-info.org about
it.  I think it hooks into the CAPI4Linux interface or whatever it's
called.

ISTR that it's around $100/mo for the circuit (that was from Allstream),
but you may be able to find a usage based offering for less.
