[*] 24x7 Call Center Services for very small volume businesses

Does anyone on this list know of any companies offering virtual call
center services for businesses that want to offer 24x7 support to
end-users but have very small call volume?

Staff working for the virtual call center could be located anywhere with
broadband connected computer. Toll free inbound calls for multiple
companies would be directed to the next available attendant. The
attendant/CSR would respond as directed by a website tailored for each
company and type of call.
