[*] Just a reminder about replying to a posting

This email list is set up so that a reply goes back to the list not to the 
sender. It was done in this way because the list is small and it is more 
conversational. For larger lists I think it is better to do the reverse since a 
simple rely will go to the sender and you must use reply all and either delete 
the sender .. etc.  A post meant to go to only the sender does not get broadcast 
to the whole list by mistake.
