How exactly did you navigate to this?

Shaw seems oblivious to the service offering.

They're stating its available for Primus and Vonage customers..  which
makes me wonder how they are trained to deal with this service
enhancement.

(I doubt it is) but if they claim it is vendor specific, I'll be taking it
up with their regulatory people and the CRTC.
