Exactly.
However, you would have to have your own list of PSAP numbers.  Which
isn't exactly public knowledge.

Either way, thats how their tariff works.  VoIP person dieing on floor
calls your services 911 operator, your 911 operator then relays the ccall
+ address info to the bell 911 voip operator, when then makes the magic
happen.

Maybe its not northern response.. but northern something.  Its in my
previous posts.
