[*] FXO cards again

I looked at netvoice and a single FXO port will be around $200CDN.

There is a seller on eBay selling the Digium clones for about $7US, with 
$17 shipping for the first one and $7 each for any more.

I'm already looking at ordering 2 for myself, and have someone else 
interested in 3 or 4.  This brings the cost down to about $20CDN each 
after shipping.

Any other interested people?
