INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY - Helpdesk Support An entry level IT support position. Primary role to monitor and respond to Helpdesk requests in a wide-area-networked, multiple office environment, supporting 130 end users.
Responsibilities
Perform Helpdesk support duties Assist computer users in solving software and hardware problems Computer hardware and software installs, moves, additions and changes
(IMAC)
Deploy, set up and take down audio visual and conferencing equipment
Qualifications
Minimum two years general support, installation and maintenance experience. Certifications or experience matching Comp TIA A+ Certification,
HelpDesk Institute CSS Certification, HelpDesk Institute HDA Certification, Microsoft Office Specialist, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician.
Should have experience installing and configuring Windows XP and
Microsoft Office 2003 and general Windows business application software.
Installing and configuring desktop and notebook computers, monitors,
peripherals and printers in a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 networked environment.
