I just found this document on the Intel website: http://www.intel.com/support/network/sb/cs-012904.htm It provides a pretty-much-complete cross-reference of all their NICs and LOMs with part#, PBA#, PCI ID, and the link to the appropriate drivers. The footer SAYS this document was created back in 2004, but I know searching for this data on Intel’s website didn’t turn this up as recently as last year.
