I was sure I had some stored from 85 or 86, but I can't find them. Oh well.

Yeah, I thought I had some stone-age stuff too, but only visible to Feb '95. Probably corresponds to setting up UUCP on Linux; older stuff was on my (long-gone) Amiga, or Fido before that.

Funny - back in the days of mail gateways and forwarding -- we actually used ".ARPA" domains :-)
OK -- so here's what I found on-line -- might have other stuff stuck away somewhere .. but, that's work to find those!
Get a load out of the "from" address eh. :-)
Dan.

A problem for all LaTeX'perts ...We have addresses in the minipage environment, within the two-column environment with the report style with mark both on the top of the page. Our problem is that the bottom of the page is *not* flush as it should be, rather, it is jagged right after the last possible address that could be fit in. My presumption about flush bottom would be that it would flush the bottom out no matter what ... even putting extra spaces with in the address or between them would be ok ...
Are we doing something wrong or approaching it from the wrong angle?? Thanks for the time. Dan Keizer BUSU@CC.UOFM.CDN (EAN net) BUSU@UOFMCC.BITNET (Bitnet of course)
