Does anyone have a copy of Mac OS X Snow Leopard they could bring to the meeting tomorrow night? My (retail copy) appears to be damaged, and it won't boot.
Do you think I could get my copy exchanged for a working copy at the Apple store? Are they that nice? :-)

My copy is the upgrade version and doesn't have all the bells and whistles.
In the old days Apple used to be pretty good about exchanging damaged goods. Today, who knows... If it's something you just bought then they would probably do it.
