I don't know of anyone in town who is providing a 'host a website' kind
of solution similar to BlueHost / that kind of point click or drop in
wordpress system.

If you need that functionality, I would suggest not in Winnipeg, and
perhaps Hello Websites. I haven't dealt with them professionally, but
they're good guys.
