There's GSC (Global Server center, don't have the URL handy), other than that I don't know.  MTS will host it, of course, for a lot *more* than you're spending now.  There aren't any dedicated Colo providers here that I know of.  The new EPIC/MTS data Centre will be the first 100% dedicated facility I know of, but it'll be fairly expensive and more importantly, not available until summer 2015.
