Just out of curiosity, what sort of bandwidth would you consider 'decent'?
Also, a year's worth of hosting at Dreamhost (http://www.dreamhost.com/) is US$120, IIRC, which isn't far off. They are also having a special where if you get a domain name registration through them you get six months of hosting free. Check their site for details.
