Also, do you have any contacts with good software developers, experienced in open source technologies? Individuals that may be looking for some new employment opportunities? The reason why I ask is that we placed a career ad in the Free Press a few weeks ago, but I have been disappointed with the small number of good candidates. In the past I have interviewed many developers with experience in Microsoft technologies, and the number of qualified candidates was usually quite high.
