If there was only one thing I could say about Federated, it's a great group of people to work for. Check it out at federated.ca. Both the IT Manager (Jeff Nordick) & the Technical Support Supervisor (Allan Mozel, who'd be your boss) are very friendly, personable & intelligent people. You'd have no problem working with them. And the company as a whole is very good, with decent pay structures, benefits, bonus structures, training opportunities, etc. Honestly, I wouldn't have recommended the positions to a friend unless I thought they were good opportunities. I've been here for 11 years now, moving from first a Junior to an Intermediate Programmer to now a DBA & I'm still happy. My wife has been with the company for over 21 years.
