administration function on a regular and ongoing basis.
The volunteer's work
. Develop free business multimedia interactive education courses according to book.
. Answering general email enquiries using standard templates
. Answering and transferring telephone calls
. Responding to general enquiries by letter
. Data entry
. Internet research
. Photocopying
. Stationery cupboard stock-taking and maintenance
. Filing and archiving
. Basic book-keeping data entry
Skills needed
. Fluent English, both written and spoken
. Competent on Microsoft Outlook, Word, Internet Explorer and Excel
. Well organized with good interpersonal skills
. Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
. Attention to detail
. A positive attitude to working as part of a small team
. Ability to use initiative
Time commitment
. Regular commitment required, preferably on a daily basis.
