[RndTbl] RTFM, UNIX v5-style (ca. 1974)

That's sparse, even by V6 standards when we got our start! cc(1) is only 
one page, and sh(1) only 3. Oh, and the permuted index - I remember it 
well. Love the hand-written notes on chmod(1).
