<Printer discussion removed>
What I do is tell OO I am printing a generic landscape page. Fortunately my
Canon and HP IIIp are dumb enough not to notice it's an envelope. Invariably
I forget the spacing because I print so few. So I have to run through a
couple of scrap pieces of paper.
Now there's an idea... I have no idea how your paper feeds into your printers
but maybe you can put in a scrap piece of paper in behind your envelope.
Maybe that'll fool it long enough to print the way you want...
