You are a strong programmer, with 3-5 years in software development
experience, and are familiar with shells and related tools (e.g. sed, awk,
vi). You can design and code from specification, analyze, evaluate, test,
debug, document and implement complex software applications. You should have
a solid foundation with Python, experience with PostgreSQL, HTML and GIS.
